DYOD began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when Mr Lam started www.dyod.com.my to introduce security doors to homeowners in Johor.
Our journey began with JEB Security Door, which stood out for its quality and its ability to customise designs and colours to suit different homes.
To better understand the product, Mr Lam travelled to Sungai Petani with a veteran door installation specialist with more than 30 years of experience in Singapore to meet the founder of JEB and visit the factory.
The experience gave us a deeper understanding of how security doors are designed, manufactured and installed.
The visit led to Draco Smart Services being appointed to bring the JEB Security Door brand to Johor and shaped the way we serve our customers today.
